I ordered the swamp tray which is a sampler of gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish etouffee and red beans and rice. Hands down the best Cajun culinary experience I could’ve hoped to have. We also had the Boudin balls and bread pudding with beignets (holy smokes.) The owner Marlen along with Christie are wonderful people.
